The black on black version of the Nike Air Flightposite II is one of those shoes that is iconic if for no other reason its robotic silhouette being emblazoned in our collective imagination. The shoe was definitely ahead of its time back then and it may be safe to say that we have just caught up to it. So this rerelease is right on time.
The upper is done in black foam and nubuck for a tonal effect that absolutely looks great. A carbon fiber insert supports the footbridge nicely while a midfoot zipper protects those laces and keeps your foot in place.
