The first yields a snake / gunmetal color combination, while the second sports a snake / tobacco brown color scheme. Both feature classic designs, including fat shoe laces and a classic white sole. Check with your local Vans account for availability, but as we mentioned, look for them to make their way to retailers in April.

Nike Gladiator MD Sandals

Women’s fashion isn’t necessarily ignored with it comes to sneakers but its never really specifically catered to. A few color ways do the ladies justice but the design often just co-opts something men would wear anyway. But for this Nike Gladiator MD Sandal that is not the issue at all.

They are set to drop in six color ways including monsoon blue, black/anthracite, white/metallic silver, lilac/lilac-anthracite, dark cinder/dk driftwood-tar and dark driftwood/barboque brown. The shoes look more like strappy sandals than they do Nike Air’s but the lace up design and swoosh are there to let you know. These are definitely something special for the ladies. via Nitrolicious

Nike Air Max LeBron VII x Air Jordan XI – Heroes Pack – Sample

Did anybody else ever make the connection between the Nike Air Max LeBron VII and Air Jordan XI? While extremely subtle the shoes patent leather mudguard was a slight nod to the sneaker.

Well it appears that the homage is set to continue if these see the light of day. The Jordan XI inspired Air Max Lebron VII’s have the color way and feel down pat. The laces, tongue and sole have been modified to pay direct respect to the legendary sneaker. What do you guys think of these? Would you cop?

Nike Air More Uptempo

This upcoming holiday season is turning into one of the best in a very long time. Within the past couple of weeks, we have learned that the Nike Air CB34 and the Nike Air Go LWP. In addition, the ever-so-popular Nike Air More Uptempo will also hit retailers later this year.

The Air More Uptempo is a favorite amongst many thanks to its enlarged ‘AIR’ on the sides. Although most people associate this sneaker with MJ’s right hand man Scottie Pippen, the Air More Uptempo, which possesses a full-length Air sole, was not a part of his signature line. However, Pippen did wear a white/blue-red color scheme of this shoe during the 1996 Olympics. The Nike Air More Uptempo will release in the original black/white colorway and a black/white-orange colorway this holiday season. Who else is excited about this release?

Nike Air CB34 II Fall/Winter 2010

Sir Charles was a monster on the boards back in the day. Part of the reason for that was his incredible hustle, and his second signature shoe, the Air Max CB34. Originally dropping in the 90s, both of Charles’ shoes with Nike we called the Air CB34. Many have mixed the names of the two shoe up and didn’t notice that the second pair was called hte Air CB34 II. Well to calrify, this is the Air CB34 II and Nike has opted to add “Max” to the name to avoid any further confusion.

The reissue of the black/club purple/team orange colorway will retail for $160 and will hit stores this Fall/Winter under the name Nike Air Max CB34. Stay close as we will definitely hit you with more information as we get closer to the Fall/Winter season.

Nike Air Go LWP Returns Holiday 2010

The Air Go LWP is making a return this year. The shoe was last seen in 1994 and 16 years later we will be graced with the chance to pick up another pair thanks to the good folks at Nike. We are still waiting to receive all the details surrounding this release and more images but from the looks of things this will be another banger. Via TheShoeGame

Air Jordan Spiz’ike – Infrared/New Blue – Release Info

The Jordan Spiz’ike Infrared/New Blue is roughly 2 months away from dropping and purists and hybrid haters alike have to agree, this is a very clean model.

The subtle accents like the textual lining really compliment the overt dopeness of the Infrared nicely. Factor in the neutral elephant print on the heel/toe mudguard and the way black accents and this is some of the best color blocking we have seen on these. Look for them to drop on May 8 at Foot Locker

Air Jordan 13 Retro – White / Red – December 2010

The Air Jordan 13 (XIII) Original (OG) – White / Black – True Red – Pearl Grey was released in January 1998, and retailed for $150. They feature a white leather upper with red durabuck at the base of the upper and back end. The midsole features a black color scheme, which contrasts from the shoe’s upper, drawing plenty of attention to the shoe. The side panels feature small round indentions in the upper, which are notorious with the Air Jordan 13 (XIII). They modeled the paw of a black panther, with the green hologram at the heel said to be the animal’s eye, while the sole area represents the paw. Besides being aesthetically pleasing, the shoe has specifications which include a hidden quick lace system, carbon fibre sheath, holographic eye, and Zoom Air insoles. The outsole features a modified herringbone pattern, which provides great traction, and along with the Zoom Air insoles, help to make it a very comfortable shoe.

BREAKING NEWS: Air Jordan 13 – Flints (Blue / Flint Grey) – November 2010

The Air Jordan 13 (XIII) Original (OG) – Flints (Navy / Carolina Blue – Flint Grey – White) was released on February 14, 1998 and retailed for $150. They feature a white / blue /grey upper which goes very well together. The blue portion features an underlying 3M reflective material which shines when hit by light, which will definitely turn heads. The outsole is a dark grey color with white inserts, which feature a modified version of the herringbone pattern, which provides great traction on the hardwood. The shoe is modeled after the paw of a black panther. The green hologram at the heel represents the eye of the animal, while the bottom represents its paw. They are really beautiful shoes, with flowing lines, and are very organic. Other specifications include a hidden quick lace system, carbon fibre sheath, holographic eye, and Zoom Air insoles.

Puma First Round “Africa”

Though both pairs are part of the Africa pack, the similarities between the two stop at the white midsole. The first pair uses an all white leather upper that is accented with grey and blue. While the blue takes over most of the Puma branded writing and piping, the grey sits on the actual logo and appears on a grey stripe on the ankle. The second pair heads in different direction with an all black suede upper accented with red and gold. Like the white version, one color takes over most of the Puma branded writing and piping, red, and the yellow sits on the actual logo and appears on a grey stripe on the ankle. They both should be hitting select Puma accounts in the near future.

Rumor: Royal Blue Nike Air Foamposite For Fall 2010

Say it ain’t so. But there are whispering on the web and from our sources that the return of the “Royal Blue” Nike Air Foamposite is slated for fall. The way folks went crazy for the Coppers, it is not too hard to believe that Nike would jump on the opportunity and get the Royal Blue joints out as soon as possible. For the uninformed sneakerhead, let me bless you with a little history.

This is the first shoe to use Nike’s Foamposite technology. Released in 1997, the high top sneaker was the first to use synthetic leathers and instantly won the hearts of tennis shoe aficionados the world over. From reading the comments on other post, I know that a few of you were getting tired of hearing about the “Coppers” and the “Eggplants“. However, this is a new ball game. What do you think of the “Royal Blue”? Do you think Nike should release the original? Should they hold off?

Vans 2010 Spring Era Brown/Cream/Navy

When Vans Era announces a new sneaker, you know what to expect. Not that they are always the same, but that they always manage to freshen up the classic design with just enough flash to keep them feeling new. The latest creation from Spring 2010 come in a nice looking brown/cream/navy colorway.

The brown fights for supremacy with the cream as it surrounds the heel and the toe box. However, the cream does not give in that easily as it covers the majority of the mid panel including the laces and side panel. The navy is definitely an accent color and only shows up on the lining and on the tongue. They are available now at select Vans dealers.

Air Jordan 9 White/Powder Blue

We have seen quite a few Jordan models already this year, but the Air Jordan 9 is not one of them. One of my favorites of the Jordan line, it looks like 2010 is going to be its year.

Representing in a white/powder blue colorway, the Air Jordan 9 uses leather the is perforated in section for the upper. Black plays a big part in the design as it colors the entire lace section, including the tongue. The powder blue accents the mostly white design and appears on the midsole as well as the tips of the tongue and lining, and on the Jordan logo.

Nike Air Griffey Max GD II – Black / Varsity Red

The Nike Air Max Griffey was re-released over the course of 2009, and recently we saw the release of the grey / marina blue color scheme. Nike will continue to make money off of Ken Griffey, as several colorways in his second signature shoe, the Nike Air Griffey Max GD II, are slated to release in 2010. The first pair will release sometime this month, and sport an all black leather upper with perforations, as well as minimal red accents. Stay tuned in for more info and pictures as they arise.

Vans Vault Buffalo Boot LX

We have an exclusive look at the new "Vans Vault Buffalo Boot LX"! I have a pair of the brown ones & they are by far my favorite Vans in my closet. You can get these at any Vans store right now.

Nike 1/2 Cent Eggplant & Cranberry

Well what do we have here? The boys over at TheShoeGame got there grubby hands on some pictures of the new Nike 1/2 Cent in two new colorways. Seen here in Cranberry, and the super hot right now, Eggplant, these are definitely going to hit the want list of a lot of sneakerheads.

As if the release of the Foamposites in eggplant on March 6 wasn’t enough, the Nike 1/2 Cent brings the color back. While the color dominates most of the upper, black holds down the center of the shoe and parts of the heel and ankle. The Cranberry colorway sports a similar colorway and give the shoe a brighter feel and silhouette. No release information is available yet, but stayed tuned and we will definitely keep you updated. So what do you guys think? Yay or nay?

Video Review: Nike Air Foamposite Eggplant Vs Copper

The Nike Eggplant Foamposite release was a big deal last night. Just from what I was reading on Twitter, the line was pretty crazy by like 9:30 p.m. for their midnight release at Footaction in NYC. Our boy E from Top Shelf Sneakers was gracious enough to put together a quick side-by-side comparison of the “Coppers” and the “Eggplants” for us. I think they both look great. Check out the video and let us know what you think in the comments.

Reebok Pump Omni Lite “Kubrick” Pack

Stanley Kubrick was one of the greatest directors of his time. His forethought and attention to detail were things of legend. To pay tribute to this genius of a director, Reebok has put together the Pump Omni Lite “Kubrick” Pack.

The pack celebrates two of Kubrick’s biggest movie, “2001: A Space Odyssey” and “Full Metal Jacket.” The “2001″ pair sport a black patent leather upper that that is interrupted by a fully perforated leather toe box. The interior is painted red and it matches the red colored computer chip graphic on the ankle collar and on the tongue. The pair also includes a key chain with a red dot in a homage to HAL, the computer system in the movie. The second pair, replaces the patent leather with a tan leather and uses a white leather in the toe box. The ankle collar is subsequently decorated with a camouflage print that includes a “peace” sign, an obvious inspiration from the movie.

Jordan Brand’s Exclusive Fabulous 23 Party – All-Star Weekend 2010

During All-Star weekend, Jordan and a few of his friends came together to celebrate the Jordan Brand at the exclusive Fabulous 23 Party. As hard as it is to believe, the brand has been around for 25 years. Oddly enough, the brand has been around longer than some of its athletes. In addition to Team Jordan athletes Dwayne Wade, Chris Paul, Carmelo Anthony, and Josh Howard, Jordan was joined by Cedric the Entertainer, Robin Thicke, Vivica A. Fox, Common, Russell Simmons and Spike Lee.

Caviar Cartel x SSUR x DC Preview

Looking to drop this Fall, DC has put together a two shoe collaboration with SSUR x Caviar Cartel. The shoes were spotted at the Project/Magic trade show going on in Las Vegas.

Both pairs use nubuck as the primary material for the upper in an either red or black colorway. Both pairs are also adorned with the words “Caviar Cartel” on the lateral ankle side in matching colors. The heel of each outsole sports an air pocket and they both sport the SSUR logo on the heel. According to tradition, the red colorway represents the Soviet Russian heritage of artist SSUR, while the black represents the black market trade of caviar. Look for both shoes later this year.

Air Jordan VI Motorsports – Elephant Print

Did you get your Air Jordan VI Motorsports? If the answer is yes we are willing to wager that you don’t have them with a lazer etched elephant print upper so feast your eyes on these puppies.

Those of you who were lucky enough to be at the Air Jordan 23/25 experience had the opportunity to lazer anything you chose. One attendee had the foresight to take his Motorsport VI’s and get the upper done to match that cool elephant print lining on the inside. The cool thing about it is that the etching matches the smoke grey outsole. What do you guys think? Via TSG

Vans Classics – Chambray Pack

As part of their Spring 2010 line-up, Vans will release several classic silhouettes, all of which are part of the Chambray Pack. The collection includes the Sk8-Hi, Old Skool, and Era models. The Sk8-Hi features a black chambray design along with canvas accents, while the Old Skool sports the same design with white contrast stitching. Finally, the Era silhouette sports a blue design, while a matching Old Skool colorways was also created. Look for the pack to hit retailers in March

Video: DJ Khaled and Greg Street x Copper Foamposites

DJ Greg Street caught DJ Khaled in footlocker buying some shoes that everyone could get, and decided it would be best if he hooked him up with a pair of the Copper Foamposites. In the video he kinda puts Khaled on blast and Mr. WE GOIN IN, makes sure he sets the record straight. LOL

Nike Air Max 90 Preview

The Air Max 90 will be popping up in a few great color ways this year and in what seems to be a running theme (no pun intended) on the site we have a few cool pairs for the ladies.

Here we see them in two color ways including navy leather with pink accents and white leather white suede with turquoise touches. The navy pair is a combo of leather an mesh with very slight pink accenting along the lining and tongue meanwhile the white suede pair has a black suede mudguard to counter the blue design elements. Look for these to release sooner than later. Via Sneaker Freaker

Nike Air Max 95 Neon – Spring 2010 Release Information

The classic colorway in the timeless silhouette is scheduled to hit Nike retailers on February 27, 2010. Hopefully the quality of these lives up to past designs, as Nike has seemed to be disappointing us with the quality of the shoe in recently released designs. Stay tuned in for detailed pictures.

Nike Air Penny II “Atlantic Blue” Restock

For those of you who missed the boat on the Atlantic Blue Air Penny II’s looks like the ship has docked again. The shoes are being spotted at Foot Lockers as well as Footaction. This by no means should make you dilly dally on picking up a pair as they will probably be going just as quick as they came. So if you got the cash to cop and this was on your must have list now is the chance.

Nike Air Max 1 White/Julep-Grey

The Nike Air Max 1 looks great no matter how you cut it. The model is built to house any color way you throw at it and this one is done for the ladies in a fresh yet feminine color up.

Done in White/Julep-Grey the shoes look perfect for those days where we get spring showers. The Julep mudguard and swoosh play perfectly against the grey and yellow accents. Orange is also along for the ride in form of logo embroidery and lace eyelets. No word on when these hit the states but if you want em now hit up.

Nike Air Penny III – Eggplant – White – June 2010

Penny Hardaway has had some great sneakers and luckily Nike has seen fit to make them some great reissues. The foam friendly kicks have had us all raving and there’s no reason why the reaction to this Eggplant Penny III should be any different.

The shoe is coming thru power packed with the famed Eggplant purple upper in tow. With white leather holding down the rest of the upper these are all set to drop later this year. These will be at Foot Locker on June 18th and while we aren’t sure if that means house of hoops exclusive we are sure that it means you should drop by and pick up a pair.

Nike Air Max Griffey 1 – Grey / Marina Blue – Metallic Silver – Release Information

The Nike Air Max Griffey 1 saw a few colorways release in 2009, and hopefully a few more will come about this year. We already know bout one colorway, which is shown here from a few different angles. The Nike Air Max Griffey 1 shown here sports a predominantly grey upper constructed from nubuck, along with grey leather inserts and a metallic silver Nike swoosh. Highlighting the design are the marina blue accents seen on the tongue logo, shoe lacing eyelets, and air sole unit. Look for them to release Saturday, February 20, 2010 at select Nike accounts including Footlocker’s House of Hoops.

Nike Air Max 1 “Try-On”

For those of us wondering what exactly the “Try-On” series is about over at Nike they represent the shoes that you can try on prior to designing your own at the Nike iD studio.

The shoe is done in a tonal grey upper thanks to the mesh and nubuck used throughout while splattered suede accents touch the forefoot, heel and ankle eyelet. Slight 3M accenting can be found on the swoosh and ankle collaring to make this shoe simple as ever but largely effective while its at it.

Nike Air Pippen White/Black/Metallic Silver

It was almost a year ago today when we let the world know that we wanted them to bring back the Nike Air Pippen. It took a while, but they heard us and now you will see the retro hit the store shelves on May 7th, 2010. We have seen lots of hybrids of this shoe, but I am glad they are just giving it to us straight. (Pause)

Based in an all white leather upper, pieces of metallic silver are found on the Nike and Pippen logos on the toebox, tongue, and heel. The outsole is all black and broken up by a circular pattern on the forefoot, while an air unit window sits at the heel.

Nike Air Max 95 Black/Blue

This year the "Air Max 95" series have been releasing a quite few color ways! If you're an "Orlando Magic" fan, im pretty sure you're going to love these. The color ways are quite similar to the "Air Penny Edition!" These aren't available in the states yet, but you can get your pair at JD Sports.

Vans Vault Mountain Edition New Arrival

Vans are a brand that are heavily associated with California. Be it the bay or L.A. nothing says left coast like the vulcanized sneakers. And if you just happen to be in L.A. looks like Proper has a few new styles of the Mountain Edtions.

Coming in either black or maroon both shoes are made of suede with a midfoot strap. As far as complimenting materials the black finds solace in a tonal leather meanwhile the jarring salmon shakes things up on the maroon pair. Both pair however have a white vulc sole. Look for them now at Proper

Nike SB Mid Dunks "Donatello"

This may look like the Donatello that some of you are familiar with but they are definitely not. These are the sample version of the shoes and feature one minor difference in detail.

The retail version of these shoes had a brown tumbled leather side panel and these have a white tumbled leather panel. The rest of the shoe remains intact with brown suede complimenting the lime green swoosh, toe and lining. Purple plays a great accent to the entire design while white adds the perfect amount of flair. Via SoleRhythm
